Moby can be used 2 different ways:

2. Mobile Marketing can also be used to market/sell your properties. Once you have a property for sale you can utilize Moby to market it. Each property will have its own 4 digit pin number. A lead can text that 4 digit pin number to your Moby number to receive additional information about the property. Once they text in the pin number that lead will be deposited into your account and linked to the property they acquired about. So not only is this marketing your property but also helping build your buyers list.
The main thing that Mobile Marketing does with either method is capture the leads mobile number and deposit it as a new lead into your account!!
**Mobile Marketing is 100%opt in. Only opt ins can receive SMS text and Voice Messages.
**People are able to opt in through Squeeze Page websites, by calling your Mobile Marketing number or texting your 'Mobile Marketing' number about a specific property by entering a 4 digit pin #, or by opting into any of your Moby Campaigns via a keyword.
** Once a lead opts into Mobile Marketing they are now able to receive future SMS and Voice messages.
