Documents- Editing, Emailing, Faxing
Once your document has been uploaded into Deal Automator you have the ability edit the name of the document, delete the document, email, and fax the document.
To Edit the name of a Document:
1. Click on the edit icon to the right of the document
2. Rename the document in the pop up box and hit ‘Save’
To Delete a Document:
1. Click on the delete icon to the right of the document
2. In the pop up box click on ‘Delete’ and your document will be removed
Faxing a Document
1. Click on the Fax Icon to the right of the document
2. Fill out the fields in the pop up box and click ‘Send Fax’
3. Once the document has been sent you will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen
Emailing a Document
1. Click on the Email icon to the right of the document
2. Fill out the fields in the email pop up and your message then hit ‘Send’
3. Once the document has been sent you will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen
