Using Property Prefill when adding a new property

Properties- Using Property Prefill when adding a new property

When adding a new property into your account, Realeflow will find the public information on a property that will prefill into the file.

For this to function properly, when typing in the property address, the address will need to be exact for the information to pull.  For example, if the property has Ave. in the address and you spell out Avenue it might not find the public information.

Tip: When typing in the property address, start with the street number and name to see if the property shows in the drop down of properties.

Once the property is found, select the property from the drop down and the rest of the information will autofill for that property file.

In the Property file, all public information will be autofilled into the Property tab and Public Info tab.

Also, a new contact will be created and linked to that property if it pertains.  An example could be an owner/occupier contact will be created.

Hey Greg, thanks for the information. I also have a question regarding  my direct mail campaigns. I have now mailed out my second campaign and plan to send my third one today. I don't want to send out a postcard to an address I've already sent one to. How do I prevent that from happening?
